2020-21 Kaapo Kakko Reverse Retro Liberty Set (Fanatics)

This is Kaapo Kakko's Reverse Retro Liberty game worn jersey worn in 4 games during the 2021 season. Kaapo wore this sweater 2/28, 3/4, 3/17 and 4/15. The sweater consists of lighter wear, a few board burns and an unprepared hole in the left sleeve.. I was able to photo match the sweater to a loose whisker on the 2 of left arm number... Kakko improved quite a bit this season statistically.  He finished his sophomore campaign with 9 goals, 8 assists for 17 points in 48 games.  Kaapo has a very bright future with the New York Rangers and will be a star on Broadway for years to come.

1996-97 Esa Tikkanen Road Set 1 (Lelands)

This is Esa Tikkanen's road set that was customized for him on his return to the NY Rangers at the trade deadline March 8th 1997.  The sweater consists of several stick marks and burns as well as pilling in inner hem.  The jersey does not have a NYR set tag in the hem as I believe they rushed this sweater to Tikkanen when he arrived in NY and went on the road immediately after his arrival. I have had the owner of Arena Wear in NY who has been doing the Rangers customizations for well over 20 years confirm that the customization is their work.. I will need to send the sweater to MeiGray vintage for an LOA next.

Tikki flourished I his return to NY especially in the 1997 playoffs scoring 9 goals and 3 assists for 12 points in 15 games.. Adding 2 OT game winners against Florida Panthers.. Always very excited to add a SC champion Rangers player to my collection..

2019-20 Ryan Lindgren Set 3 Road (Fanatics)

 This is Ryan Lindgren's set 3 road sweater from the 2019-20 season... Lindgren plays a very gritty game and is extremely solid defensively.. The sweater was worn from February 19th through March 11th in Denver, Colorado which became known as the COVID game against the Avalanche.. Immediately following the game, The NHL shut the league down because of the pandemic.

2019-20 Mika Zibanejad Set 3 Home Backup (Fanatics)

This is Mika Zibanejad's Set 3 backup sweater that was worn for one game only vs the NJ Devils at MSG on March 9th, 2020.  This game worn sweater would have never seen the light of day if Mika hadn't scored an amazing 5 goals the game before vs the Washington Capitals and kept the sweater for his private collection... Mika did get on the scoresheet in this sweater scoring a goal against NJ.. There is also a nice team repair and a light board burn on the sweater. Not bad for a one game wonder worn sweater.. Mika has become one of the best players in the NHL this year and may be named captain for the 2020-21 season...Very excited to add this beautiful NYR blueshirt sweater to my collection...

2016-17 JT Miller Set 2 Heritage (Steiner)

This is JT Miller's Set 2 Heritage sweater worn on Heritage sweater nights between from February 7, 2017 through March 31, 2017. The sweater exhibits good game use, with a few small burns, stick marks, inner pilling and a huge team repair that is tackle twill reinforced. JT had 4 points in 6 games wearing this sweater... I also am the proud owner of the goal puck that he scored against Florida on 3/17/17 while wearing this sweater.

2012-13 Dan Girardi with (A) Road Set 5 (Steiner)

This is Dan Girardi's 2012-13 road Set 5 Rangers sweater.  Shows good game use, with several stick marks, heaving interior pilling and custom sleeves. This sweater was photomatched several times in late season games in the spring of 2013. 

 Here is Girardi wearing this sweater celebrating his game winning goal in OT vs the New York Islanders on 4/13/13.

2016-17 JT Miller Set 1 Home (Steiner)

This is JT Miller's 2016-17 Set 1 Home sweater.  The sweater shows fairly light use with a couple of stick marks and a team repair.  The sweater has been photo matched several times however to the loose threads on Rangers on front of jersey. The 90th anniversary patch adorns the right shoulder of the sweater celebrating NY's 90th season in the NHL. 
JT scored 4 goals and added 7 assists while wearing this sweater.  He currently leads the Rangers in scoring with 22 points as I posted this sweater on12/17/16.

2013-14 JT Miller Hartford Wolfpack Road Set 1 (Steiner)

This is JT Miller's last road sweater that he wore with the Hartford Wolfpack in the 2013-14

season... The sweater displays great game use. Board burns, stick marks, unprepared holes and heavy pilling.. Blood stains on the right arm.  A wonderful jersey from the young Rangers star's AHL days..

2012-13 Mats Zuccarello 2013 ECQF Playoffs Set (Steiner)

This is Mats Zuccarello's home playoff sweater from the 1st round set vs the Washington Capitals. Zucc had 4 points while wearing this sweater. The sweater exhibits a few light board burns and a stick mark on the rear hem. Zuccarello game worms sweaters are coveted by collectors and are usually picked up very quickly when available..
